FALLON has engaged Zindigo, Inc. to administer this site and provide back-end e-commerce services under contract. 

Both FALLON and Zindigo, Inc (“Zindigo”, “we”, “us”, or “the company”) want your experience with us to be enjoyable and safe. With this in mind, Zindigo has systems in place to securely manage your personal information and data. We take our responsibility of protecting your personal information seriously and have created this Policy to help you understand the types of information we collect and your rights to and our responsibilities in safeguarding it.

This Privacy Policy applies to any and all portions of the Zindigo website, Zindigo Boutique and any FALLON site, to include sites embedded in social media platforms, displaying the “Empowered by Zindigo” logo (collectively, “Zindigo Websites”.)  Also described are the choices available to you regarding the use of your personal information and the steps you can take to update your information for accuracy.  Although registration is not required to browse Zindigo Boutique and/or FALLON Stores, it is required to become a Zindigo Boutique and/or FALLON Store Ambassador. Zindigo respects the privacy of our Ambassadors, customers and those who visit our websites and this Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Use.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, under certain conditionsdisclose your personal information and the steps we have taken to secure yourpersonal information.

This Privacy Policy also explains your options regarding thecollection, use and disclosure of your personal information. This privacypolicy applies to the Zindigo Websites and does not necessarily apply to anyoffline collection of your personal information.

Collection and Use of Information

We do not require any personal information to browse our Websites.  Allinformation disclosed by you is on a voluntary basis. If you decide to provideus with your personal information, you should know that we may store allpersonal information that you provide to us through whatever medium you providesuch information (through our Websites, Ambassadors, via email or facsimile,etc.).  Examples of personal information include but are not limited to,your name, physical and/or email address, and phone number. In addition to yourcontact information, we may collect your personal tax id, birthday, gender,occupation, and any other information required for you to become anAmbassador.


We may collect non-personally identifiable information automatically throughthe use of "cookies." Cookies are small pieces of information that are storedby your browser on your computer’s hard drive to collect informationabout your activities on our website.

Cookies do not contain any personal information unless you specificallysupply that information. We use cookies to collect, store and sometimes tackinformation for statistical purposes to improve the services we provide. If youare an Ambassador, we will use a cookie to save your settings and to providecustomizable and personalized services. Cookies also enable you to selectproducts, place them in your shopping cart and to purchase the items. If you dothis, we keep a record of your browsing activity and purchase. These cookies DONOT enable third parties to access any of your personal information. You havethe ability to set your browser to refuse cookies from websites or to removecookies from your hard drive. If you choose to do this, you will not be able toaccess or use sections of the Websites.


To purchase merchandise on any Zindigo Website, customers provide theirinformation on-line via the Website. During the purchasing process, we collectand retain the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Valid Email Address
  • Physical Address
  • Telephone number
  • Any and all confirmation numbers associated with your email address


To become a Zindigo or FALLON Ambassador, you must provide us with yourpersonal information through completing and digitally signing an on-lineAmbassador Agreement.  When you register to become a Zindigo and/or FALLONStore Ambassador, we collect and retain the following:

  • Full Name
  • Valid Email Address
  • IP Address
  • Physical Address
  • Valid Social Security Number (U.S. citizens, required to complete IRS form W-9) or other form of government-issued identification number for non-U.S. citizens.

Additionally, individuals registering to be Ambassadors will be asked toregister and provide additional personal information to our third party paymentprocessor, Payoneer.  Please see their Privacy Policy and Terms for moreinformation.


We respect the privacy of children. We do not knowingly or intentionallycollect personal information from children under the age of 13.  If youare under the age of 13, please do not submit any personal information to us.You should rely on a parent or guardian to guide your online activity.

Information Use and Disclosures

Internal Use

Zindigo will use the personal information disclosed on the customer orderform or entered into the Website to process and complete the customer’sorder, including shipping and billing. In addition, a customer’s name,mailing address, email address and telephone number may be used for thefollowing limited purposes:

  • At Zindigo, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  Accordingly, the personal information you provide may be used for purposes of monitoring and fulfilling customer satisfaction, including assessing problems and resolving disputes.
  • Your personal information may also be used to keep you informed of new merchandise and promotions at Zindigo or at any of our Brand partners.

When a customer fills out and signs a customer order form, they consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for thepurposes set out above, unless we are otherwise notified.  If you prefer not to receive promotional information, you can let us know by contacting us as described in the section, “Contact Us”, below.

 Please be sure to include your full name and the email address you used when you registered with or made a purchase from Zindigo or our Brand partners.  If you ask us to remove your name and address from our promotional lists, we will maintain your name in a “do not contact” file to ensure that we can honor your request.  It may take up to 10 days to process your email request and 6-9 weeks to process your postal mail request, during which period you may continue to receive communications from Zindigo and our Brand partners.

 If you change your mind, you can start receiving promotional communications from us again by signing up when you visit our websites, when you enter a sweepstakes or contest, or by contacting us.


Zindigo may, from time to time, publish an Ambassador’s personalinformation (name, photo, sales results and achievements) to recognize theAmbassador for their achievements and help motivate other Ambassadors.


Zindigo reserves the right to use personal information for administrativepurposes.  When an individual completes and digitally signs the AmbassadorAgreement, the individual consents to the collection, use and disclosure oftheir personal information for the purposes set out above, including thecalculation and processing of commissions, unless Zindigo is otherwisenotified. When your Ambassador application is accepted by Zindigo, the personalinformation disclosed on the application, will be used solely within thecontext of our business relationship with you. Upon the termination of therelationship between Zindigo and the Ambassador, Zindigo will only keep theAmbassador’s personal information for lawful purposes.

External Use

Our goal is to provide you with wonderful service and make your Zindigoexperience as easy as possible. To this end, we share nonpublic personalinformation and non-personally identifiable information with third parties thatperform services on our behalf for your benefit. These third parties must abideby this Policy to keep nonpublic information confidential and use it only forits intended purpose.  Zindigo and its operational service partnerscollect and use your personal information to process product orders anddeliver the products requested. It is possible that Zindigo may also usepersonal information to inform you of other products or services availablefrom Zindigo and its affiliates. Zindigo may also contact you via surveys toconduct research about your opinion of current services or of potentialnew services that may be offered.

Zindigo does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists tothird parties.  Zindigo may, from time to time, contact you on behalfof external business partners about a particular offering that may be ofinterest to you. In those cases, your personal information (e-mail, name,address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party.

Zindigo may access and/or disclose your personal informationif required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such actionis necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legalprocess served on Zindigo or the site; (b) protect and defend the rightsor property of Zindigo, including its Websites; or (c) act under exigentcircumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Zindigo or thepublic.

Personal information collected on this site may be stored and processed inthe United States or any other country in which Zindigo or its affiliates,subsidiaries or partners or agents maintain facilities, and by using thissite, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of yourcountry.

We reserve the right to transfer personal information in the event Zindigoacquires or merges with or is acquired by another company. Any informationdisclosed as a result of one of these events will be subject to the PrivacyPolicy in effect at the time.

 Zindigo does not use or disclose sensitive personalinformation, such as race, religion, or political affiliations, withoutyour explicit consent.

Security of your Personal Information

Zindigo is committed to protecting the security of yourpersonal information. We use a variety of security technologies andprocedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorizedaccess, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the personal informationyou provide on computer systems with limited access and located incontrolled facilities. When we transmit highly confidential information(such as a credit card number) over the Internet, we protect it throughTHAWTE SERVER CA under the certificate of zindigo.com.

Please note that email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure meansof transmitting credit card numbers or other sensitive information. Zindigowill NEVER ask for sensitive information via email.


You may review, correct, or delete your personal information through ourwebsite. If you have registered with us, you will be able to view and modifyany information contained in your personal profile. However, for securitypurposes, you must contact Zindigo directly to change your tax id number. Youmay also contact us to remove any personal information from our database.

We reserve the right to amend this Policy, from time to time, if Zindigodecides to change its Policy, we will post those changes and revise the "LastUpdated" date at the top of this Policy.
